Synopsis

During the 19th century, John Harrison, a disabled child rejected by his birth family, finds a safe place among the Seneca people. This film, which features contemporary Seneca Nation elders in its cast, draws links between past and present and expresses the community’s commitment to keep alive the culture, language and values that are part of their nation’s soul.
