Cyril Sacobie

Cyril Sacobie is an aboriginal artist from Kingsclear First Nation in New Brunswick, where he works in wood carving, basketry and just about anything he can get his hands on. His work evokes his aboriginal heritage through its imagery and material. The same creative spirit that pulsed through his ancestors is what energizes him every morning to make these new artifacts that tell the stories of an ancient people in a modern age.
